Chris King is the Chairman. He has been a Director since 1999, and
served as our Vice-Chairman for a number of years. He is an accountant with Conair Corporation. Chris is also senior pastor
at the Rantoul United Pentecostal Church.
Henry (Hank) Gamel was
elected to the board in 2007, and now serves as the Vice-Chairman. Hank is
the Deputy Police Chief for the Rantoul Police Department. He is the former
president of the Rantoul Police Pension Board where he supervised the
management of over $10,000,000 in pension fund investments for the Rantoul
Police Department. Hank is active in many local organizations and resides in
Rantoul.
Hal Loebach is the Secretary, and has served as a
Director since 2005. He served 20 years in the USAF. Since retiring from the Air
Force he has been involved in financial planning. He also serves on the
Rantoul Library Board, where he directed fund raising for the new library. Hal
currently serves as the director of the Octave Chanute Aerospace
Museum.
Donna Hobbs is the Treasurer, and has been a Director since 2003. She is an accountant at
Libman Industries in Tuscola. Donna
has also worked with Clifton Gunderson as a CPA, and at Bell Racing and Eagle
Wings Industries. She
lives in Rantoul with her husband and three children.
James Sackett is a Director and Chairman of the Supervisory
Committee and the Technology Committee. He joined the Board in
1995. Jim is the Director of IT Midwest/Heartland Regions
for Lason in Rantoul. He brings a very
strong background in technology to the Board. He had worked for Kodak prior to coming to Rantoul.
Beatrice Estes joined the Board in 2001. She has operated Bea's Barbershop for a number of
years, and she brings her experience as a small business owner to the Board.
Bea also serves on the Rantoul Citizen's Advisory Committee.
Ken Turner was appointed to
the Board in 2006. He teaches
GED classes at Parkland Community College, works for the Rantoul Press, and is a grant writer. He resides in
Rantoul with his wife and two daughters.
Rodney Peavler joined the
Board in 2009. He is a Personal Lines Manager for Insurance Provider’s Group.
Rodney has 22 years experience in
insurance, and serves on the Board of Directors of Central Illinois Mutual
Insurance Company. He is an IHSA Basketball Official, a member of American
Lutheran Church in Rantoul, and was a Supervisor for Loda Township

Michael Daugherty is the President/Manager. He came to the
Credit Union in 1995. Mike is a CPA with a background in lending and
marketing. In addition to his duties at the Credit Union, he is actively
involved in the community through Cub Scout Pack 30, the Rantoul Rotary Club,
the Rantoul Police Department Pension Board, the Rantoul Plan Commission, and other activities.
Mary Pointer is the Operations Supervisor. She has worked here
since 1988. Mary enjoys her four grandchildren and is active in her
church.
Marini Early is Assistant Operations Supervisor and ACH
Coordinator. She has been employed at the Credit Union since 1995.
Marini had worked with a large bank in Boston before moving to Rantoul with
her husband.
Wednesday Medlen is the Membership Officer. Wednesday's background
includes experience at a credit union and retail sales management. She is
involved in the Rantoul Theatre Group, the Rantoul Rotary Club, and is a Board Member of the Rantoul Chamber of Commerce.
Carrie Malloch is the Branch Supervisor at our Champaign branch. She
has over 10 years experience working in credit unions, and lives in Champaign.
Janelle Moore is the Lending & Collections Officer. She has
previously worked in lending at another area credit union, and lives in
Rantoul.
